I'm a New York-based health, science, and psychology writer and editor. In the first half of my career—and occasionally today—I was a journalist, writing regularly for outlets like Forbes, the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business, UCLA, Johns Hopkins, TheAtlantic.com, the American Psychological Association, and YogaGlo.com.

My current day job is in scientific and executive communications for clients in biopharma/biotech, healthcare, tech, and other industries.

I have a doctorate in Biopsychology and Behavioral Neuroscience from the CUNY Graduate Center; my undergraduate degree is in English Literature and Biopsychology from Vassar College.
